We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field. You will need to be able to qualify potential clients through expert discovery, leveraging proven sales techniques to understand client needs and provide recommendations for applicable solutions.
You will also be responsible for effective and efficient management of the end-to-end sales cycle, with demonstrated success closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will build effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts.
Responsibilities:- Drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity.
- Qualify potential clients through expert discovery, leveraging proven sales techniques to understand client needs and provide recommendations for applicable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, with demonstrated success closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Buid effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts.
- Proven business development or sales experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, legal, or tech industries.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals valued at $100K+.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Consultative selling approach, with experience in solution-based sales strategies.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a self-starter mindset.
