Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Expert to join our international Sales team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • BUILD and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact and visits
  • Represent our company and products at exhibitions and meetings abroad
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Have full working rights to work in Australia
  • Be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Be organized and results-oriented with a challenge-driven approach
  • Having Australia Market experience is an advantage
  • Be willing to travel within the country and abroad when circumstances allow
Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with an OTE of $130K-$140K within your first year, plus Superannuation (12% of your monthly salary) and other benefits including flexible working hours and a brand-new office on the top floor.
