Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Manage HR systems effectively and maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; qualifications in Business Administration an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan and understand Aged Care principles.
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate within the last 6 months.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
