Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service skills to residents, families, and visitors.
- Manage HR systems effectively and maintain confidentiality as required.
- Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; qualifications in Business Administration an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan and understand Aged Care principles.
- Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate within the last 6 months.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
