**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Development Associate to support the expansion of our renewable energy business in North America.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions to drive business expansion.
  • Assist with negotiations with Canadian financing partners to establish project financing facilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to prepare documentation and conduct due diligence.
  • Manage transaction processes from inception to completion, ensuring smooth integration of acquired assets.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Experience in the North American market with major infrastructure funds.
  • Demonstrating strong understanding of Canadian investors and core-plus infrastructure market in Canada.
