Humanforce is a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, empowering frontline and flexible workforces. As an Operations Excellence Specialist - Revenue Growth, you will play a vital role in driving business results through process improvements and strategic decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting requirements, documenting workflows, managing small-scale projects, and analyzing data to inform our revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of processes, systems, and project deliverables.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Manage small to medium-sized technical projects, working closely with the Revenue Systems team to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
