Business Growth and Revenue Enhancement Specialist

Cape Australia, a pioneering fintech company, is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive sales and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business growth strategies that propel our company forward.

Job Summary
This is a hands-on, autonomous role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Founder and the Growth Team to develop and implement a comprehensive business growth plan, focusing on driving new sales and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a detailed business growth plan and sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Generate top-of-the-funnel leads and establish effective pipelines for account executives
- Build connections with prospects to articulate Cape's value proposition to key decision-makers across multiple industries
- Pipeline management: enter and maintain data in Hubspot
- Collaborate with our CRM to capture market insights and sales activity
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Confident, driven, proactive, and passionate about sales and business growth
- Able to manage and organize competing priorities
- Comfortable having difficult conversations
Benefits
Cape Australia offers a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience
