We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Growth Officer to lead our sales strategy across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success in Australia.

Your Role:
- Day-to-day management of Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams within Australia.
- Partner across the Sales, Account management, and Customer Success teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR (monthly recurring revenue) targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products.
- Take existing successful global processes, support the creation of local processes, and work with the local teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales, account management, and customer success experiences.
- Support Sales operating performance across Australia.
- Own Account Management operating performance across Australia, including retention and expansion.
- Own Customer Success, ensuring customers gain the maximum return from their investment, resulting in high satisfaction levels and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with corporate headquarters development, operations, and product management teams to convey evolving customer requirements, handle technical and operations requests, and act as a manager for the teams that both champion and guide our customers in their deployment of our technologies.
About You:
We're looking for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in team management. You'll need to be a proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets.
A strong candidate will have excellent business writing skills, sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. You should also possess the ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects while staying organized and delivering against expectations.
Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus commission and superannuation. The estimated salary range may vary based on qualifications and location.
