Hotel Revenue Growth Strategist

The Director of Revenue Management is a key role in the Commercial Strategy team, responsible for determining strategic vision and implementing tactical efforts to promote revenue growth. This includes leading data quality analysis, providing intelligence, and recommending revenue strategies to support hotel goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Management within a large hotel with significant meeting space. They should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a dynamic attitude. Experience with RMS systems such as Ideas G3 or Opera PMS is preferred.
Responsibilities- Lead the hotel's Commercial Strategy team in determining revenue growth initiatives
- Establish and implement tactical efforts to promote revenue growth among key customer segments and revenue centers
- Maintain inventory allocation and pricing parameters to support overall revenue goals
- Mentor RM talent in the hotel and provide guidance on revenue strategies
- Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management experience in a large hotel (450+ rooms) with significant meeting space
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Dynamic can-do attitude
- Experience with Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, or Passkey preferred
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, successful candidates will be eligible for Accor Hotels' benefits package, which includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
