Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing technical support issues on a regional basis, sharing knowledge databases with customers, and owning customer satisfaction with our technology.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage technical projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field technical service, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with executive-level customers and contacts.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, estimated once every 2 months for a few days.
