Technical Field Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Specialist to provide on-site technical support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognized technical qualification;
- A current driver's license;
- 1+ years' experience in a technical field role;
- Proven ability to work independently and meet established deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations;
- Commercial awareness;
- Demonstrable technical aptitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing, commissioning and troubleshooting equipment;
- Performing preventative maintenance;
- Installing approved software updates;
- Providing technical support to customers;
- Training customers on the correct use of equipment;
- Effectively reporting service calls as required;
- Completing administrative tasks promptly and accurately;
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of products and systems.
