Technical Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in maintaining and repairing complex equipment. You will be required to travel extensively to customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and maintenance services to customers.
- Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
