Job Title: Technical Field Service Specialist

Turf maintenance is a vital part of outdoor environments. We are seeking an experienced Technical Field Service Specialist to maintain and repair turf maintenance-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical field service priorities and schedules
  • Ensure fleet vehicle safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing
  • Perform mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment
  • Establish and maintain technical information
  • Provide product training to clients as required
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to promote growth
  • Participate in internal product-based training to meet industry standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in mobile equipment maintenance and repair
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid motor vehicle license
