Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction aligning product vision, engineering roadmaps, and client needs while ensuring smooth software delivery
- Lead the delivery of strategic technology projects and programs, ensuring effective management and realization of benefits
- Establish and promote best practice methodologies and standards for enterprise delivery, including Agile frameworks, continuous improvement methodologies, and governance practices that enhance quality, efficiency, and speed
- Proactively monitor project performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success
- Oversee and manage Technology Line 1 Risk, ensuring compliance with risk management frameworks and internal policies

About You
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager and/or technology delivery professional with a proven track record of leading large and complex technology portfolios. Your expertise should include Agile principles, matrix reporting, and strategic vision development. Additionally, you should have experience engaging with C-suite executives and presenting executive reports, as well as managing budgets of $20m+ and a large portfolio of up to 5 diverse projects.
