Job Summary

The Chief Medical Officer is a pivotal role at ClearCompany, responsible for spearheading the medical team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a seasoned healthcare leader, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Establish and enforce clinical policies and procedures to guarantee high-quality patient care.
  • Oversight of physician recruitment and training to ensure top-notch medical staff delivering world-class care and services.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders, organisations, and institutions.
  • Design and monitor clinical standards and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Implementation and monitoring of quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare trends and developments to identify new service opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Development and management of clinical and financial performance metrics to deliver high-quality care while optimising financial performance.
  • Establish and monitor clinical performance standards and metrics to ensure adherence to key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
  • Board certification as a medical specialist or sub-specialist.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Proven ability to manage physician recruitment and retention, clinical operations, and quality improvement, as well as financial management.
  • Able to craft and implement effective strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum
