Job Description

This is a full-time position based at our residential care home located at Mt Barker in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. You will partner with the Site Operations Manager to oversee Hospitality Services, covering food, cleaning, and laundry functions. Your responsibilities will include managing food safety, overseeing stock management, preparing menus in collaboration with our dietitian, and leading and managing the Hospitality Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience from a dynamic aged care or healthcare setting
  • Hold a formal qualification in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery
  • Certified as a Food Safety Supervisor
