We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business and delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position
  • a Commercial Cookery Certificate
  • strong communication and collaboration skills
  • the ability to produce high-quality food
  • a high level of attention to detail
