**Business Solutions Specialist**: A key role in driving growth and expansion into enterprise markets.
Sydney-based, this position works closely with regional Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Product and Product Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will spearhead our expansion into large-scale enterprises, connecting with decision-makers to uncover business challenges. With industry expertise, you'll showcase how our comprehensive operations platform can transform their operations. Establishing trust and credibility, you'll position us as the go-to choice for businesses seeking top-tier solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects & existing customers to understand their unique business challenges.
- Solution Customization and Demonstration: Customize our offerings to address specific pain points identified during analysis. Prepare and present tailored demonstrations highlighting how our features meet prospect needs.
- Product Liaison: Serve as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and product/engineering teams. Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and feedback to foster product improvements and innovation.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop compelling, customized proposals and scope of work articulating our value proposition.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights to both product, sales, and customer success teams.
**Requirements:**
- Familiarity with duties similar to technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes and challenges within large organizations relating to your industry expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, value-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprises.
- Able to inspire customers by articulating industry best practices.
