Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Plan and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and increase program participation rates.
  4. Communication: Act as an advocate for clients, communicating their feedback and concerns to ensure optimal levels of service.
  5. KPI Reporting: Review and present KPI reporting at regular client review meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or project management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, commerce, or other business-related disciplines desirable but not essential.
