Job Description

The Partner Development Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and managing positive business outcomes for customers and partners.

This is a highly rewarding position that involves developing and executing the digital partner strategy with cloud, ISV, consulting, and SI partners. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities with Iron Mountain and partners through account strategy and GTM activity.

  • Develop Business Plan: Develops and executes business plans to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintains exceptional client-partner relationships across various verticals, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and public sector.
  • Iron Mountain Partnership Benefits: Builds, leverages, and communicates Iron Mountain partnership benefits to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Lead Generation: Directs and influences lead generation activities to generate pipeline and align with sales teams on GTM plays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technology Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology sales, positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts.
  • Prior/Current Partner Roles: Prior/current partner roles and experience are mandatory.
  • Sales Success: Proven sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise: Domain expertise in one or more sectors, including ANZ Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Energy Oil and Gas.
  • Strategic Account Lead: Experience as a strategic account lead for a large and complex global organization.
  • Global Organization Experience: Experience working across all levels of a highly matrixed global organization.
