We are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and commercial growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and execute business opportunities across diverse industries through collaborative negotiation and deal execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
  • Integrate partner offerings into our rewards program in collaboration with the Partner Success leader, technology, and marketing teams
  • Oversight of revenue targets and commercial KPIs for partner sales, driving business cases and financial models in partnership with finance
  • Ensure partnerships align with financial objectives by creating solutions that drive profitable growth and performance
  • Maintain market trend awareness and competitor insight to inform sales and partnership strategy, driving innovation in offer design, earn mechanics, and member engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and represent the loyalty team at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles—ideally within loyalty, retail, or fintech
  • Proven expertise in commercial strategy, preferably within financial services or loyalty
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in business case development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging industry and senior stakeholders
  • Capacity to synthesize market data and drive data-informed decisions
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and working with external partners to drive success
