We are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and commercial growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and execute business opportunities across diverse industries through collaborative negotiation and deal execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Integrate partner offerings into our rewards program in collaboration with the Partner Success leader, technology, and marketing teams
- Oversight of revenue targets and commercial KPIs for partner sales, driving business cases and financial models in partnership with finance
- Ensure partnerships align with financial objectives by creating solutions that drive profitable growth and performance
- Maintain market trend awareness and competitor insight to inform sales and partnership strategy, driving innovation in offer design, earn mechanics, and member engagement
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and represent the loyalty team at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles—ideally within loyalty, retail, or fintech
- Proven expertise in commercial strategy, preferably within financial services or loyalty
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in business case development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging industry and senior stakeholders
- Capacity to synthesize market data and drive data-informed decisions
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and working with external partners to drive success
