About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.

  1. Conduct proactive research on accounts using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify potential business opportunities.
  2. Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of the accounts' business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning.
  3. Drive outbound 'named account' prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities, call into senior IT management, and liaise with C-Level and senior IT management contacts.
  4. Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential.
  5. Support prospect and community awareness and education of Dynatrace solutions and trends across social media channels.

Key Qualifications

  1. A passion for technology and software sales, with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required.
  2. University degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) is essential.
  4. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
