We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage outbound leads, identifying potential sales opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Source new sales prospects and establish relationships with key decision-makers to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value proposition to prospects, understanding their needs and identifying potential solutions.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute targeted prospect lists, penetrating key accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources, identifying potential sales leads and developing strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools, including Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
