About Us:

NCino is a leading provider of cloud banking solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Strategic Partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnership strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with NCino's business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology and consulting partners, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies.
  • Lead and Mentor Team Members: Lead and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles and contribute to the success of the partnership team.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in relationship management, banking, consulting, or software experience.
  • Proven track record of project management with ability to demonstrate successful outcomes.
  • Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset (inquisitive) with eye on continual improvement.
  • Flexible demeanor with strong situational adaptability.
  • Adept at conflict resolution and ability to think through/resolve complex scenarios.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual consulting or Fin Tech experience.
  • Salesforce experience, knowledge of the platform.
  • Fin Tech ecosystem experience at SaaS company.
  • Process reengineering background.
  • Banking experience.
