About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnerships strategy, driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team
    • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve team objectives
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Manage Partnerships and Alliances
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry representatives
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Support Business Development Initiatives
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth
    • Support the development of new products and services through partnerships and alliances
  • Manage Budget and Resources
    • Manage budget allocation for operating expenses, including strategic partnership initiatives
    • Optimize resource utilization to achieve maximum impact and ROI
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Maintain integrity and transparency in all activities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a partnership management role, preferably in the mortgage industry
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to understand the unique Lendi Group sales model and culture
  • Project management and delivery experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize priorities to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
