We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Business Partnering and Advisory teams at The Next Step Recruitment Company. As the Head of Business Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic objectives and delivering high-quality services to our diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Business Partners and Advisors to deliver quality workforce and talent management advice, services, and solutions to our stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment: Lead and guide Business Partners for annual portfolio and planning activities, ensuring consistency and alignment to our strategic plan.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop effective working relationships with peers and colleagues across client portfolios, P&C, Corporate Services, and executive stakeholders to enable quality advice and solutions-focused collaboration on complex matters and HR & change projects.
  • Analysis and Recommendations: Review data, trends, and patterns to identify emerging issues or areas requiring service improvements and provide recommendations for action.
  • Complex Matter Resolution: Provide direction and guidance to Business Partners for complex people matters or directly resolve highly sensitive escalated matters.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.
  • Experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on leadership and coaching.
  • Ability to utilize workforce data to devise appropriate people solutions.
  • Desirable: education experience.
