The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Communications Executive (Digital & Direct) to join our team on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for optimising results through all digital and direct marketing campaigns across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct marketing initiatives, including SMS, Email, and app push notifications.
- Report on the performance of digital and direct campaigns to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend and ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date content across multiple websites and applications.
- Strengthen relationships with digital and direct agencies to drive business growth.
- Ensure all assets conform to Mounties Group Quality Standards.
- Provide support to the marketing team as required.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Prior experience in digital marketing, with a data-driven approach.
- HTML coding knowledge for EDM production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Technological savvy, including Microsoft Office programs and marketing technology, Adobe Creative Suite.
