Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising results through digital and direct marketing campaigns across the group. This includes managing direct marketing such as SMS, email and app push notifications, reporting on performance of digital and direct campaigns, working with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend, managing content across multiple websites and applications, maximising relationships with digital and direct agencies, ensuring assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards and supporting the marketing team as required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in digital marketing with a focus on analytics-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of HTML coding and EDM production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling content.
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and marketing technology.
