About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solutions Consultant to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working directly with our most valued clients in a pre-sales capacity, assessing their business and technical needs, and articulating the compelling value of our Nuix platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Educate prospective clients on Nuix solutions through events and marketing initiatives, conducting solution demonstrations, and designing tailored proof of concepts based on client needs.
  • Solution Documentation: Provide clients with solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and consultation sessions, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions, deployment, and best practices, generating technical presentations, project plans, and workflow documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Professional Services and the Technical Community to enhance customer satisfaction, and act as a liaison between clients and the Nuix Product/Development teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Strategic Support Specialist, specializing in selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Skills: Proficient in using, deploying, and troubleshooting platforms, strong project management, process analysis, and documentation skills, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
