About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Consultant to join our team at Moir Group. As a key member of our Climate Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading our clients in their journey towards a net zero future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on climate impact management and strategy development
  • Partner with senior leaders to expand our client's Net-Zero Strategy Service
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, forging strong relationships and driving business development
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Close to 10 years of experience in professional services or a technical environmental role
  • A strong academic background in environmental science, engineering, or economics
  • Expertise in carbon accounting, climate strategy, and risk management
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams
