About the Role



As a Principal Solutions Consultant at Nuix, you will play a vital role in helping our clients uncover the truth from their data. You will work closely with our sales team to assess the business and technical needs of our current and prospective customers and possess the skills to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value of our platform.



Key Responsibilities




  • Client Engagement: Educate prospective clients on Nuix solutions through events and marketing initiatives.
  • Solution Demonstration: Conduct solution demonstrations for clients onsite, at events, or via teleconference.
  • Proof of Concepts: Design and deliver tailored proof of concepts (PoC) based on client needs.
  • Client Support: Provide clients with solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and consultation sessions.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and the Nuix Product/Development teams to align solutions with client visions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Professional Services and the Technical Community to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions, deployment, and best practices.
  • Documentation: Generate technical presentations, project plans, and workflow documentation.
  • Material Creation: Create and adapt internal/external materials to support Nuix solution implementation.
  • Industry Expertise: Build expertise in industry-specific use cases and bridge technical and business requirements.


Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer or Strategic Support Specialist. Specialising in selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level. A focus on eDiscovery and Digital Forensics is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficient in using, deploying, and troubleshooting platforms. Strong project management, process analysis, and documentation skills with the ability to handle competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills across time zones; familiarity with SQL, virtualization, or coding is a plus.
