About the Role

At Canon, we're seeking a seasoned consultant to join our Modern Applications practice as a Principal Solutions Consultant. This dynamic opportunity will have you working closely with our customers to advise and deliver modern application solutions using Microsoft Cloud and Low Code technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft Cloud Applications and Microsoft Low Code solutions, adhering to Microsoft's best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to our delivery team, participating in code reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Analyze and review technical solutions, including ROI, TCO analysis, and forecasting.
  • Engage with customers on a consultative and strategic level to develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and experience with our Solutions team to drive project implementations.
  • Support our Sales team as the technical representative for CBS, attending and presenting at sales meetings, responding to tenders and RFPs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and adopt new methods and best practices for our clients.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned consultant with experience in architecting and leading Power Platform and Dynamics 365 implementations in an MSP environment. You'll demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with customer-facing experience in consulting roles a plus. Certification in Azure and Power Platform, as well as experience in PCF development, is highly desirable.

Key skills include:

  • 10+ years' development and architecture experience with Microsoft Cloud applications and platforms, including Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure IoT, and Azure AI Services.
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Services).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
