About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a full-time Administration and Customer Service Officer in our Kawana (Rockhampton) team.

  • Provide frontline communication and support to external customers.
  • Respond to customer queries in a positive and professional manner.
  • Act as a point of contact between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Process purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Assist with accounts and payroll functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pleasant phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to promote proactive relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Experience in JDE, Coupa, and Fleet Safety First software will be advantageous.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
