CQUniversity Rockhampton is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Digital Services Directorate. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial processes, including purchasing, payments, and report generation
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Coordinate meetings, events, and calendars
- Handle mobile device allocation and purchase for CQUniversity staff
- Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new systems efficiently
- Proven time management and multitasking skills
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Total remuneration: $85,571 to $90,384 per annum (including salary of $72,309 to $76,376 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
