As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration building and training centre in Rockhampton. This includes providing exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues, managing meeting bookings, coordinating catering requests, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception, call centre operations, customer service, or administrative support, and possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs and experience in managing inventories and ordering supplies are also desirable.
