Job SummaryThis role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support and services that exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with the team to ensure all key stakeholders are informed and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support through accurate and timely processing of administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage purchase orders and encode relevant documentation to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Review data to calculate labour hours and action tasks related to outside purchase orders.
- A competitive annual salary of $AUD 65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
