About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and contractors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone
  • Handle internal sales, including processing orders and managing queries
  • Liaise with builders, plumbers, and contractors to deliver timely and reliable service
  • Utilize software such as Pronto for data management

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service capacity
  • Familiarity with the blue-collar or manufacturing industries
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with attention to detail
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage confidently with customers
  • Familiarity with Pronto or similar systems (desirable)
  • A valid driver's license

Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
