Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our award-winning team in Rockhampton. This is a permanent position working with the team Monday to Friday.
As a Service Administrator, you will:
- Provide exceptional administrative support and service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate internally to ensure all key stakeholders are informed and supported.
- Deliver accurate invoicing by ensuring appropriate parts, labour, and miscellaneous are booked to the job.
- Efficiently encode and attach relevant documentation.
- Accurately collate and review data for calculating labour hours.
- Act on tasks related to outside purchase orders as required.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in service administration and support.
- Knowledge and ability to manage purchase order requests.
- Highly developed skills using specialist database programs and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
This role is based in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
