Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team in Rockhampton. This permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, providing high-level administrative support and service that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all key parties are informed and supported.
  • Verify details for accuracy, ensuring correct parts, labour, and miscellaneous costs are allocated to jobs.
  • Efficiently encode and attach relevant documentation as required.
  • Analyse data to calculate labour hours accurately.
  • Process outside purchase orders as necessary.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in service administration and support.
  • Knowledge and ability to manage purchase order requests.
  • Highly developed skills using specialist database programs and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage own workflows, and meet deadlines.
