Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable and well-established brand, offering career progression opportunities and ongoing learning & development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee work schedules and customer requirements, estimating resources to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure completion of work schedules and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to day-to-day administration activities, including developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to monitor spending and process payroll.
About You:

You will have a high level of attention to detail and ideally previous experience within an administration position, preferably in a trades-based environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.

You should possess superb organisation and time management skills, be intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office suite, and able to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.

Location:

Rockhampton is situated on the Fitzroy River and only a 25-minute drive to the beaches of Yeppoon, offering access to a wide range of water and other adventure or relaxation activities.
