Job DescriptionDaily Operations

The Private Capital Fund Administrator (PC Fund Admin) plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations related to Private Capital assets. Key duties include:

  • Processing and managing capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share/unit transfers.
  • Reviewing investment documents and overseeing related payment instructions.
  • Reconciling assets and market valuations.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of Private Capital assets, fund accounting, unit pricing, tax, and reporting.

Individual Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and overseeing transaction processing and daily tasks, ensuring service delivery aligns with client SLAs, and supporting cross-team collaboration.
