Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Octopus Capital Ltd. In this role, you will oversee the financial management of several infrastructure funds, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for each fund, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the tax reporting process for the funds, ensuring accurate and timely filings and compliance with tax laws.
  • Coordinate quarterly reports for investors and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial results.
  • Review and calculate unit prices for each fund, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the pricing process.
  • Lead the annual audit process for the funds, working closely with external auditors to ensure all financial records are accurate and comply with relevant auditing standards.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualification required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in funds management, with a strong understanding of investment strategies, fund performance analysis, and financial management practices.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and managing both financial and tax reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
