We are looking for a Senior Fund Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fund accounting team, you will play a crucial role in the daily activities for Private Capital assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
- Review and analysis of documents related to direct or indirect investments
- Reconciliation of assets and market valuations
- Preparation of client reporting
- Assistance in the onboarding of new assets
You will take ownership of portfolios of clients and customer relationships, implementing policies, procedures, and checklists.
This is an excellent opportunity to work independently and flexibly respond to changing requirements, providing valuable contributions within our busy fund accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a fund or trust administrator from a similar funds management environment, investment management, or chartered with Real Estate or Funds Management clients.
A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is available for this position.
