The Position

Our Fund Solution team at Corporation Service Company provides experienced professional services to clients, including fund administration, registrar, and transfer agency services, performance fee calculations, fund accounting, and audit assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' portfolios to provide hedge and private equity fund administration services, including facilitating NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts, and resolve audit issues.
  • Dispatch interim and annual financial statements and other notices to fund managers or investors.
  • Proactively manage and develop client relationships, conducting meetings as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency in the execution of reporting.

Your Profile

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in fund accounting and administration or corporate accounting field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome and considered for Assistant Fund Accountant position.
  • Member of professional body an advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin.
  • Good team player, independent, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn, and adapt in new challenges with excellent communication skills.
