We are seeking a Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team at Corporation Service Company.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled fund accountant to work with a leading provider of fund administration services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients' portfolios, providing high-quality client service, and ensuring compliance with group policies and practices.

The role involves facilitating NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions, preparing financial information and schedules for audit purposes, and reviewing draft audit accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage clients' portfolios to provide hedge and private equity funds administration services, including facilitating NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality client service and compliance with group policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Proactively manage and develop client relationships, conduct meetings as appropriate, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency in execution of reporting.
  • Interact with clients and key stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and tax advisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in fund accounting and administration or corporate accounting field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered for this role.
  • Member of professional body will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin.
  • Good team player, independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn, and able to adapt in new challenges with excellent communication skills.
