Role Overview
As a Customer Service Administration Specialist at SIXT Australia, you will be integral in facilitating mobility for our customers through the provision of outstanding service. This role is based at our head office in Dandenong, Victoria, with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an exceptional and premium customer experience, consistently surpassing customer expectations.
- Promoting and selling SIXT products and services.
- Efficiently managing fines and infringements while ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns via phone and email.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Creating a positive customer experience.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
What We Seek:
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Outstanding communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a talent for sales.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in administration and presentation.
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills for daily tasks.
- A current, unrestricted full driving license.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in resolving customer issues and managing conflicts.
- Ability to multitask during busy periods and work independently.
- A flexible approach is essential, as our operations run seven days a week, including weekends.
- Commitment to health and safety policies is expected.
