Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support to join our team at Baptcare. As a key member of our Home Care Package services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional internal and external customer service via telephone.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer service schedules and budgets, ensuring seamless coordination of services for clients and invoices.
- Liaise with Baptcare customers daily to provide administrative support for customer care plans.
- Update customer notes, budgets, and schedules, as well as process invoices and month-end reports.
- A hybrid model with monthly in-person meetings in Camberwell, providing a great work-life balance.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar phone-based role with high volume of incoming calls and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Aged Care sector is highly regarded.
- Qualification in Office Administration or relevant experience.
