As a Customer Service Representative with SIXT Australia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing premium customer service over the phone and via email
- Creating and selling SIXT products and services
- Handling fines and infringements efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns
- Answering customer enquiries
- Creating a positive customer experience
- General Administrative tasks to support daily operations
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential
- Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks
- Current, unrestricted full driving licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
- Ability to multi-task during peak periods and work unsupervised
- A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations
