About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve customer service and sales
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordination for field staff and participants
  • Provide information and advice on employment services to job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Discuss and resolve compliance issues with participants who may have missed requirements
  • Perform administrative tasks to support overall operations
  • Provide post-placement support to job seekers and employers

Requirements:

  • Qualification in business, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in employment services, jobactive, workforce Australia, community services, sales, or call centers (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and converse with diverse groups
  • Passion for helping people and making a positive impact in the community
  • Highly developed administration and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or similar software and experience using databases
