Job Title: Regular Giving Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role within our organisation, where you will be responsible for driving growth and acquisition strategy across our Regular Giving portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement acquisition strategies that grow our Regular Giving portfolio.

We are seeking a driven individual who can think digitally-first and deliver year-round acquisition activities in new markets and maximise revenue opportunities within our existing donor base.

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, ability to track progress and outcomes, and design cohesive acquisition and welcome journeys that minimise supporter attrition and deliver impactful onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to grow our Regular Giving portfolio
  • Manage project management software to track progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results
  • Design and deliver cohesive acquisition and welcome journeys
Requirements:
  • Fundraising or marketing background with a focus on digital fundraising
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think creatively and strategically
