About Us
Royal Far West is a Manly-based charity supporting children from rural and remote NSW with developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health challenges. We deliver multidisciplinary care through our beachside centre, telehealth services, and community programs—bringing hope and healing to families who often have nowhere else to turn.
Your Role
This role focuses on donor retention by designing journeys that connect with supporters across digital, email and direct mail channels. You'll lead donor retention campaigns, craft stories, and drive innovation to ensure donors feel seen, valued, and inspired. You'll also analyze donor data to uncover insights, reduce churn, and help shape the future of fundraising at Royal Far West.
What You'll Do
Manage donor servicing touchpoints—welcome letters, receipting, inbox support
Implement automated donor journeys and decline recovery strategies
Coordinate donor milestone celebrations and thank you touchpoints
Support Giving Day and loyalty initiatives
Analyse donor behaviour and report on retention KPIs
Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and data teams to deliver seamless donor experiences
What You Bring
2+ years in fundraising, marketing, or donor engagement (or transferable experience)
Experience managing direct mail and digital campaigns
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Familiarity with fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
A collaborative, proactive, and donor-first mindset
